Kelly's Thoughts About Dan:
Dan has been in the flooring industry since 1987. Since then, he has built business relationships and friendships within the industry.
Dan is a little zany; many times he's yelling & screaming, but it's all in good humor. He frequently looses his tools and creates a mess as he works.
However, regardless of how hard I try, I could never produce the same amount of work he does. It would take me double the time to even come close to do what he does.
I have never met a man who works as hard as Dan does on a daily basis. Dan is the type of person who will be in his late 90's and still working. He has a passion and dedication to this business that is second-to-none. At his core he's a moral & ethical businessman, who only wants what he has rightfully earned.
I'm often asked, "How can you stand working with him all day?".
He's the epitome of work ethic, funny and excels in his craft.
The truth is, I'm quite lucky to get to work with Dan every day.
Where else could one work where they observe how to be a hard-working, tradesman that gets to rock out to music all day with one of their best friends?

Kelly is the do all of the operation. From all of the computer functions to every facet of the day-to-day business. Kelly works tirelessly & meticulously to please all the customers. She's very engaging and people gravitate to her upon entering the business.
Kelly is driven to thoroughly understand the customers' wishes with the work presented to her. She's very serious until she understands the objective at-hand. However, once she understands, you'll find her to be witty, humorous and perhaps wise beyond her years.
As roles change, as time progresses, she will ultimately spearhead DWP's operation. I'm very confident with her at the helm, knowing we will continue to service our customers for many years to come.
